Museum Passes

Print from HomeReserve and print a pass for the date you will visit the destination.Only valid for the reserved date of visit printed on the pass.

Pick Up/Return at Library: Reserve a pass for the date you will pick it up at the library. There are two borrowing periods per week:  Monday to Thursday and Friday to Monday.

When reserving a museum pass, you will need your Library account PIN. If you don't have a PIN, call or stop by the Library.

Brooklyn Botanic Garden

The Garden is open Tuesday–Sunday: 10 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Cold Spring Harbor Fish Hatchery & Aquarium

See largest living collection of New York State freshwater reptiles, fishes and amphibians. The Hatchery is a fun place for your family to spend an afternoon together. Visitors can tour two aquarium buildings and eight outdoor ponds, feed the hungry trout, and try “Catch & Keep” fishing. Open Daily 10 am to 5 pm

Empire Pass

Guidelines for Use The Empire Pass permits unlimited vehicle access to most facilities operated by the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.

New York Transit Museum

The Transit Museum is located in a decommissioned subway station at 99 Schermerhorn Street Brooklyn, NY 11201, and accessible by over 20 bus and subway lines.
